1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any services provided by 1x2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to register or use the 1x2 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 1x2 platform. Continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the platform 1x2, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a region or country where online betting activities are legally prohibited.
• Register only one account only — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

1x2 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. The KYC process requires you to submit valid identification documents such as a national ID or passport. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal functions until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to 1x2 is accurate. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance or wins in that account.

3. Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login information, including your username and password. 1x2 reminds you to:

• Use a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Report immediately to the 1x2 support team if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

1x2 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or any other party who gains access through your negligence — is solely your responsibility.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on the platform 1x2 is subject to the following terms:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the 1x2 platform deposit page.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 1x2 supports multiple deposit methods including local bank transfers, FPX, and e-wallets listed on the platform.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will be processed after all wagering requirements have been met and KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit.
• 1x2 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for verification purposes before processing large withdrawals.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are as stated in the withdrawal section of the platform.

4.3 Transaction Limits & Restrictions

1x2 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of terms. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1x2 is subject to specific wagering requirements (rollover) and the following rules:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. These requirements are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses are only eligible for offers claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• 1x2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will be subject to appropriate action, including cancellation of winnings and account closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the platform 1x2 must comply with the following rules:

• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or market are as displayed on the platform.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the system is considered fraud and will be subject to appropriate action.
• Winnings obtained through unauthorized means, including the use of automation software or bots, will not be paid out and the associated account will be closed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game or betting outcome, 1x2's system records shall be considered the official and final record.

For sports betting, all bets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport. Bets placed after the start of an event may be voided at the discretion of 1x2. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final, unless there is an obvious technical error.

7. Responsible Gaming

1x2 is committed to promoting a responsible betting environment. Our platform provides a range of tools to help you manage your betting activity wisely:

• Loss Limit: Limit the amount you can lose within a set period.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Party 1x2 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, false identity verification, or money laundering attempts.
• Opening and use of multiple accounts.
• Use of unauthorized software, bots, or any form of automation.
• Attempts to dishonestly exploit promotions or the bonus system.
• Any action that undermines the integrity of the platform or other users.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting the 1x2 support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus requirements must be completed and there must be no pending transactions.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Party 1x2 takes your personal data protection seriously. All information you provide to us is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Your personal data is used solely for account operation, identity verification, and compliance with legal requirements.
• We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1x2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

1x2 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors. However, we are committed to resolving any disruptions as quickly as possible.

11. Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Party 1x2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via platform notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform 1x2 shall be resolved through arbitration or negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
